2. Counter-Notice for Mistaken Removal

If material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can submit a DMCA Counter-Notice. Please include:

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • Your contact info (name, address, phone, email)
  • Identification of the removed content and its original location
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of U.S. federal court in New York, NY and consenting to accept service from the original complainant
  • Your signature (electronic or physical)
  • Counter-Notice sample formats can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office site

3. Our Response to Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, we will:

  1. Disable access or remove the infringing material promptly
  2. Notify the user who posted the content, offering them a chance to submit a counter-notice
  3. If no counter-notice is filed within 10–14 business days, we may leave the material removed
  4. If a valid counter-notice is received, and the complainant doesn’t pursue legal action, we may restore the content.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with DMCA safe harbor provisions, we have a policy to terminate accounts or block access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrighted materials.

5. Designated Copyright Agent

We’ve registered a Copyright Agent designated to handle all DMCA Notices and Counter‑Notices.
